RETURN POLICY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Return deadlines and conditions:

• The Platinum Empire Ltd Liability Co is a global company with inventory held in locations around the world. If the item you purchase is in one of our international locations, it will be shipped to our US headquarters by the most expedited service available and then shipped to you via next-day delivery.
• Our policy requires us to ship merchandise to an address that is registered with your credit card company.
• USPS is used for APO/FPO addresses. If shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact us prior to purchase.
• Due to the United States Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), all sales may be subject to Sales Tax based on your shipping address. Please contact us directly if you have questions regarding the tax rate in your jurisdiction.
• There are select countries that we are unable to ship to. If your country does not show as available for shipping in the shopping cart, please contact us for additional assistance. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any location without prior notice.
• Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Those charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping charges.
• Please be aware that we must declare the amount that you paid on the international invoice included with the shipment. We cannot declare the item as a gift/used/or at a lower value.

Please forgive us we cannot accept basic returns, this site can only be returned or refunded if the following conditions are met.
*In the case of defective products due to our responsibility, *if the product you ordered and the product you received are different. For any of the above reasons, and if you contact us within 3 days from the product arrival date. NOTE (including the day of arrival of the product) Please note that after that we will not be able to accept requests for returns. In addition, please be sure to contact us when you have an inquiry regarding the item you want to purchase.
Not Eligible for Returns
[we cannot accept the returned goods in the following cases]

Has natural deterioration due to aging, minor dirt, scratches, etc., returns due to some errors refunds and exchanges are prohibited. approve it beforehand and please purchase after understanding that it is a used product.

After the arrival of the product, please open it as soon as possible and check the product. if you clearly think that we are responsible, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days including the arrival date of the product.
we cannot provide alternative products, exchange products, etc.
